Weekly Makeup Basket #1 - Mini Reviews

Hello everyone :)

My little sister gave me an idea to do mini reviews of the products I've been using the past week and I've really liked the idea, so here we go ;) There will be a weekly makeup basket post every Sunday, and every Saturday I'll do a mini review on the products I've used the previous week.

You can look at my weekly makeup basket for the week of 20th - 27th of September here -> CLICK.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Mat - I've written a review of this one before, you can find it here. It's a good makeup base, but it doesn't do anything else that promises. So I'm just trying to use it up :)

Green Line Basic Moisturizing Cream - with apple extract for normal and mixed skin. I love it and I'll probably repurchase it when I use it up (which will be very soon:P).

Avon Ideal Shade Light Makeup (Nude) - a light coverage foundation, nothing special about it.

Essence All About Matt! fixing compact powder  - keeps me matt for a couple of hours, the formula is silky and doesn't make your face cakey. I also have a fixing loose powder, but I prefer this one.

Avon Ideal luminous Blush (Antique Rose) - a beautiful shimmery blush, I wrote a first impressions on it -> click. I've worn this one the most this week.

Avon Blush & Bronze Trio - first impressions post here-> click. However my opinion has quite changed since I got it and I must say I'm not that pleased with it. It has a very strong scent that actually makes me sick and I'm usually not sensitive to scents.. weird. Also the trio is so small, that I can barely get only one product on brush, so yeah, it's a bit of struggle. I'm not sure I'll keep it...

Essence Road Trip LE Blush & Highlighter - I can't believe I paid only 0,99€ for this beauty. The blush and a highlighter are both very pigmented + blush is matte.

Catrice Prime And Fine Highlighting Powder - this gives you a very natural, soft golden glow

Catrice Eyebrow Filler - mentioned this one in one of my favourites of the month.. I really enjoy it, but I'm probably gonna try the Essence one when I finish this one

E.l.f. Primer (Sheer) - an amazing primer for the eyeshadows. I love it, the shadows don't crease all day! I'm gonna probably do a proper review on this one, it's really good.

Prestige My Biggest Lashes Mascara - this mascara is amazing, I mean it. It makes my lashes really, really long and curled + it doesn't smudge or flake. However I do like to layer my mascara, so I'm mostly using it in combination with other mascaras.

Avon Supershock Max Mascara - an average mascara. I thought it was good until I got a big & daring mascara :D

Avon Big & False Lash Mascara - I'm planning to review this mascara too. Let me tell you one thing, everything they say about this little gem is true! It gives a ton of volume without looking or feeling heavy and no matter how many coats I apply, it never looks clumpy or spider-like. It lasts the entire day without flaking or smudging under the lower lash line. It really gives me the false lash effect and you cannot even imagine how happy I am :) It's definitely worth a try!

Avon Glimmerstick Eyeliner (starry night blue) - beautiful dark blue eyeliner, I wish it was a little bit brighter, because it almost looks black, but oh well, than I shouldn't buy the dark blue one right :D

Avon Glimmerstick Diamonds Eyeliner (spacey silver) - these diamonds eyeliners are just to die for.. This is a black colour with silver sparkles in it and I really love it!

Maxfactor Kohl pencil (black) - just a black pencil that I use for tightlining.

Maxfactor Kohl pencil (nude) - a beautiful nude pencil I use when I want my eyes to appear bigger and more open :)

Catrice Absolute Matt Eyeshadow Palette - love, love, love. The perfect basic matt eyeshadows that I use daily, great pigmentation.

Essence Metal Glam eyeshadow (03 frosted apple) - I wanted to use this beauty this week so badly, but somehow I didn't :) It's a beautiful rosy colour with gold glitter, amazing!

Essence Metal Glam eyeshadow (08 n'ice frosting) - a white-silvery glittery eyeshadow that I mostly use in the inner corner of the eyes and it looks really stunning.

Oriflame mono eyeshadow (aquamarine blue) - this was a limited edition eyeshadow and I'm scared to use it because it's sooooo beautiful :/ it's basically a duochrome eyeshadow, blue/green, perfect!

Makeup Revolution (disappear till tomorrow) - an ok palette, I'm not that impressed by it and the shadows crease after about 6 hours, even with primer.

Avon Pefect Kiss Lipgloss (naturally nude) - my lips but better shade of nude, pure love for this lipgloss. I'm very sad it's discontinued because mine will be gone soon :(

Alverde Lipliner (19 terra) - beautiful rosy colour that I like, however the pencil isn't really soft like Essence ones, so I don't really enjoy using it.

Avon sample (matte fuchsia) - my favourite shade, I purchased a full size, you can see post here.

Avon Colortrend Lipbalm (pink pucker) - bought it mainly because I needed a lip balm and I did not expect it to have a strong colour, however it does leave a red tint but I must say I like it. It also makes your lips "tingle" and gives you that minty feeling.

Avon sample (natural glow) - a brownish shade that I don't really like, but have to use it up :P

Avon makeup Setting Spray - oh I only bought this one two weeks ago and so far I've been enjoying it. However I can't say how it performs in a very hot weather.

I hope you enjoyed this, I wanted to give back a feedback to you how the products are, not just to document what I'm using weekly :) It's so funny most of the people are so excited about using up products, and I'm here like all scared and anxious to run out of products that were limited edition and you can't get them anymore :P (but mostly all products, not just LE's :D)

Tomorrow there will be a weekly makeup basket! :) Let me know if you want a in-depth review of any of the products!

Kisses and have a great weekend loves :3
