REVIEW: Avon Mark Liquid Lip Lacquer

    Hey everyone :)

Avon recently launched their first liquid lipsticks in both, matte and shine versions. I decided to buy one of the matte shades since I wanted to try them out. I got mine in shade Dare To Be Bare.

In each range, shine and matte there are 10 shades to chose from. The packaging is transparent plastic with a black matte top. Reminds me of nail polish packaging. You get 7 ml of product for the regular price of 9,50€, but they're on sale for 4,90€.

The applicator has a petal shape and I do like it. It has quite thick formula and you need just one swipe for full opacity.

The finish is definitely true matte and it also doesn't feel sticky at all. I like the fact that it feels very lightweight and you really forget you have it on. It's not drying like many other liquid lipsticks are.

I like the shade range since you can get some beautiful reds, violets, pinks or nudes. It also has slightly fruity scent.

Shade Dare To Be Bare is a darker nude and it's perfect for everyday wear. The only thing I really hate about it and I can't get over it, is the fact that it's not longlasting at all. It stays on my lips for about an hour but that's the longest I've gotten with it. It's not kiss proof either. For the price, I expected more since you can get some Essence lipsticks that are better.

    PROS:
    - nice range of colours
    - matte and shine
    - lightweight
    - doesn't dry your lips

    CONS:
    - not longlasting at all
    - not kiss proof

All in all, it depends on you. If you don't mind the fact that you will have to take it everywhere with you since it disappears off your lips very soon after applying, than go for it, it's perfect for you then! It's unfortunately not for me and I won't be buying more.

Have you tried this already? Let me know :)

    Empties #35

    Hello <3

Today I have another empties post for you. I didn't find time to write it in October so I've been accumulating these for two months now. I gathered a lot to be honest, but I'm happy because I'm working on using things up and not buying many.

Balea Fruity Dream Rasiergel - a limited edition shaving cream from Balea. I always buy these since they're affordable, smell nice and working great.

Repurchase: Not this scent, but another.

Balea Mizellen ReinigungsTucher - cleansing wipes, but this ones are with micellar water. These are amazing, quite pricey though about 2€. But I do buy them from time to time, since they are a time saver.

    Repurchase: I did already.

Olea Orchid & Cashmere Shower Gel - it smelled nice but otherwise I didn't like it as much as I like Balea shower gels which are around the same price.

    Repurchase: No.

Balea After Sun Duschgel - my forever repurchased shower gel. Smells like coconut and I can never get enough of it :D

    Repurchase: Forever.

Avon Senses Andalusioan Bliss Shower Creme - an average shower gel, nothing special about it.

    Repurchase: Nop.

Balea Bahamas Dream Duschgel - another summery shower gel that I did really enjoy. Would totally recommend you trying the Balea shower gels if you haven't already!

Repurchase: I think this was limited edition.

Avon Sun - a sunscreen with  SPF 50. I'm not decided on this one, it was more "meh". Smelled like alcohol and I'm not sure it did much for me, since the sun burned me pretty bad. I was in Egypt this summer though so I'm not sure :P

    Repurchase: Maybe, not sure.

MojDan Tropic Liquid Soap - wasn't a big fan of the scent and the soap was average. Did the job.

    Repurchase: No.

Subrina Recept Anti Dandruff Shampoo - I did like this shampoo. I have to tell you first I have a problem with dandruff plus I have oily hair. This didn't remove my dandruff completely, but it did help me a bit plus it really cleaned my hair since I didn't have to wash them every 2 days.

    Repurchase: I might.

Kerastase Shampoo - unfortunately I did not like this one. I got it in one of my LookFantastic beauty boxes. I think it would be more suitable for dry/normal hair not for oily hair with dandruff problem. It just made my hair oily faster.

    Repurchase: No.

Mojdan Cleansing Wipes - I buy these regularly since they're affordable and do the job ;)

    Repurchase: I did already.

Balea Sweet Mango Tuchmaske - recently Balea came out with three Tuchmaske. One of them is this sweet mango that I already tried. I did like it, especially for the price which is 0,99€. My skin felt nice, soft and moisturized.

    Repurchase: Maybe in the future.

Balea Q10 Anti-Falten & Energy Maske - I did like this mask, my skin felt soft and really nice after using it.

Repurchase: Maybe, but I do like to try different ones.

Muller Face Mask - I'm sorry I don't know the proper name of this one. It smelled nice and felt nice as well. Average mask.

    Repurchase: No.

BalanceMe Balancing Face Moisturiser - got it in LookFantastic beauty box. I liked the fact that it had good ingredients, 99% of them were natural as well. Otherwise it was a nice moisturiser, but nothing special.

    Repurchase: No.

SkinChemists 24hour Aqua Repair Facial Serum - again got it in LF box. Thought it was nice, but didn't do miracles to my skin.

    Repurchase: No.

Decleor Hydra Floral Hydrating Gel Cream - was also in my LF box. This one felt better on my skin than the two previous ones. I enjoyed the floral scent and I might consider buying the full size. It's quite pricey though.

    Repurchase: Maybe.

Essence Anti - Spot Moisturizer - bought it because it was on sale. And it was ok for the price point :)

    Repurchase: No.

Mercator Cleansing Milk - you won't believe me when I tell you but.. this cleansing milk actually helped me when I had terrible acne in high school. It was the only thing with tea tree line of products from Oriflame that worked for me. I was so thankful because I really tried everything to that point, even some highly expensive products.

Repurchase: Not at the moment, even though this is an excellent product.

Balea Pink Pomelo Deospray - always buying the Balea deodorants because they're awesome for the price.

    Repurchase: Another scent.

Avon MagiX Prime And Set Spray - I really love this spray. I didn't notice it prolonging my makeup but I spray it all over my face when I finish getting ready and it makes the foundation look wonderful, even though it sometimes looks cakey before. Would totally recommend!

    Repurchase: I did.

Avon Face Perfector - some people really swear on this one so I decided to buy it. To me, it wasn't worth it. I have enormous pores to be honest, but this didn't help me. All it did was it did a bit mattified my skin but that's all.

    Repurchase: No.

MonuSkin Rosewood Reviving Mist - I love face mists like this one. Had a pleasant scent and I could smell it for a few hours.

    Repurchase: Maybe.

Elf Flawless Finish Foundation - Sand - this was too dark for me until this summer when I got a lot tanner than usual. Then this was the only foundation that actually matched me. I loved it, the finish, the coverage, everything was really nice about it.

Repurchase: I will in a lighter shade.

Maybelline Affinitone Concealer - loved this one as well. Really nice coverage and it stayed in place the whole day.

    Repurchase: Maybe.

Oriflame Tea Tree Concealer - this had two sides to it, one green and one normal colour. Unfortunately I did not like it, this is the only thing from Tea tree range that I didn't like.

    Repurchase: No.

Nivea Original Creme - thick cream that is perfect for dry skin. My boyfriend loves it and he has very dry skin. It's really nice, plus the scent of Nivea products is amazing :)

    Repurchase: Yes in the future.

Avon Glimmerstick Eyeliner - black - love this glimmersticks eyeliners, they're easy to use and don't smudge on me. I always use them for tightlining my lashes.

    Repurchase: I will yes.

Catrice Glam & Doll Sparkling Lashes Mascara - loved this mascara so much. It was a sparkling version of glam & doll mascara, but didn't have many sparkles. I love it for the volume it gives to my lashes and it separates them nicely.

Repurchase: I did, but the regular glam & doll version.

Avon Colortrend Lipstick - not sure of the name, but it was a dark vampy violet shade. Loved the shade for autumn, but unfortunately it broke. Plus I had it for quite a while so it was time for it to go.

    Repurchase: Not available anymore.

Essence Lipstick - also don't know the name, sorry. It was a pinky shade and I don't really enjoy pink shades on my lips, I think they don't flatter me at all. I had it for a long time, so it was time to throw it in the trash.

    Repurchase: No.

Aloa Lipbalm - don't know the brand, I think I got it as a gift with purchase. I didn't like it, it was very hard and basically did nothing to my lips.

    Repurchase: No.

Regenerate Advanced Toothpaste - this toothpaste was actually really nice. I liked it, however I have problems with bleeding gums and that's why I always use Parodontax toothpaste.

    Repurchase: No.

Playboy Perfume - my boyfriend bought me this one and I did enjoy the scent. I also think the design of the bottle is really cute :)

Repurchase: No, I like to try different perfumes.

Oriflame Powershine Lip Crayon - Glazed Strawberry - for the life of me I couldn't sharpen this crayon. I think it was suppose to be an automatic one, but it doesn't work on mine.. Not sure what happened there :D I did like the shade though.

    Repurchase: No.

Avon Lipstick Sample - Warm Honey - loved this brown shade.

    Purchase: Maybe.

Uniq Perfume Sample - 25 - I didn't enjoy this one, too strong for me.

    Purchase: Nop.

Oriflame Eyelash Curler - I like this curler, does the job.

    Repurchase: I did yes.

And that's all guys, we finally came to the end :D I did use up a lot, and I'm really happy about that :)

    Have a lovely day <3

    BeautyBigBang 3D Magnetic Lashes*

    Hey loves <3

I recently got two items from BeautyBigBang that I chose in echange for my honest review. The first item was a primer that I already wrote a review for here -> CLICK They ship internationally and regularly restock their sold out items. They sell a variety of beauty products, everything from hair and makeup to nails.

The second item I chose are 3D Magnetic Lashes. To be completely honest I never heard of magnetic lashes before that's why I was interested to try them. Plus I was never good with the regular fake lashes.

When I got them there was no information on how to use them so I had to google them and found a few Youtube videos that actually helped me with putting them on. You get 4 lashes but you need two for one eye since you have to put one strip of lashes on top of your lashes, and one underneath your lashes, so the magnet sticks them together.

I find the concept very nice and unique, they're really lightweight, I love the fact that you don't need a glue to put them on and plus, they're reusable since they're magnetic. I just wish the process would be easier, I hope it gets easier as you learn. I found it quite hard to put them as close to my lashes as possible, but when I did put them on properly (it really took me some time, about 20min) they did look gorgeous on.

I'll be putting them on more and I hope I will learn the easier way and put them on faster. Otherwise they're actually really nice, especially if you don't like glue and if you're a beginner with lashes.

They cost 7,73€ and you can buy them here -> CLICK
The delivery takes up to 4 weeks, depending on where you live. They do offer Paypal as a payment method plus free shipping worldwide.

I do have a 10% off code for you guys, it's KATJA10, if you want to get even more discount ;)

Have you tried magnetic lashes before, what do you think?
    Have a lovely day <3

Look Of The Week - Huda Beauty Palette

    Heyy <3

I'm back with another look of the week. This time I decided to pick my Huda beauty palette (replica from Ebay) and give it a proper try. I think it came out pretty good, plus I finished the look with a Colourpop liquid lipstick in shade Beeper which is a lovely shade for this fall.

    What do you think? :)

    Kisses,
    Katja
