Would You Rather: BOOK EDITION TAG

Hi cuties!

I have a tag post for you today :) And this is a book edition tag!! When I saw that Manca from Invisibly Perfect tagged me, I got so excited because I absolutely love reading books :)

 

1. Read only trilogies or stand-alones?

Both :) Overall mostly stand-alones because there just isn't many trilogies out there :) Some of the trilogies I read - The Hunger Games, The Lord Of The Rings, the trilogy from Anders De La Motte (Game, Buzz, Bubble), etc.

2. Read only female or male authors?

The gender of the author doesn't matter to me. Female and male authors write good books.I would specially like to mention Anders De La Motte and Dan Brown. Not many people have heard for Anders De La Motte but I must say... his book Game is sooooo good, I couldn't stop reading it, literally :) Also the other two from this trilogy are pretty damn good too. I would highly recommend you to read these ;)

 

3. Shop at Barnes & Noble or Amazon?

We don't have Barnes & Noble in Slovenia and I don't buy books on Amazon either. I buy them in stores but mostly I just go to the library and borrow them.

4. All books become

movies

or t.v. shows?

I'm highly against books becoming anything.. Books just have to stay books because the movies or tv shows that are filmed after the books are just not as good as a book. The story is most of the time changed-.-

5. Read 5 pages per day or 5 books per week?

Depends on what I'm reading (if it's interesting or not so much) and how I'm feeling :)

6. Be a professional reviewer or author?

I would love to be an author. I have actually written some "books" (for personal use :D) when I was younger and I guess I was pretty good at it because the teacher praised me a lot.

7. Only read your top 20 favorite books over and over or always read new ones that you haven't read before?

Always new ones! Because there are just so many books out there and you just never know how great the next one's gonna be ;)

8. Be a librarian or book seller?

Both :)

9. Only read your favorite genre, or every genre except your favorite?

This is a though one because I don't really have a favorite genre, I read all of the genres, so I would go with every genre except my favorite here :P

10. Only read physical books or eBooks?

Physical books! I know that ebooks are much practical but I don't care. My apartment is filled with books and I actually don't have any shelves left anymore :D I just love the smell of the book (sounds weird I know.. but you readers out there, you know what I mean;)) and I must say I tried reading an ebook, and it just isn't for me.

October Favorites

Hi everyone! 

My October favorites are here ;)

EYES

This last month I've been loving this Maxfactor  Kohl Pencil in 090 Natural Glaze. I use it to open and brighten my eyes. It's creamy so you can also use it on the lids. However I'm not very pleased with the lasting power.. on my eyes (I use it in the waterline) stays around 2-3 hours.

I've also enjoyed this quad from Revlon (In the Buff) a lot lately. This one has awesome nude shades, 2 very light ones that are appropriate for highlighting. All are very pigmented and very easy to blend. It's also very small so it's perfect for travelling :) Oh and the staying power is amazing!

BROWS
The product that I actually use everyday now for my BROWS is this one:

Yeah I know.. It's a Lash Booster :D However, it did NOT do anything to my eyelashes... So I started using it as a brow gel - to keep my brows in place, and for that it does an excellent job :D It's a clear gel actually so yeah... Oh and it's from Oriflame if anyone's interested, I don't even know if they sell it anymore.


LIPS

I've rediscovered this lipstick from B. Pretty  in shade 3 Kiss and I really like it. It's such a perfect fall colour.

FACE
 The absolute winner for the face products of this month is this Tinted Moisturizer from Green Line.

I actually don't have any bad things to tell about this product :) it's really nice and does the job well oh and it's also VERY cheap :D


This Blush stick from Essence has also been among my everyday products. A perfect red colour that blends amazing and it's very creamy. Contains very small glitter, but nothing too drastic. However, it was a part of last year's Happy Holiday limited edition, so it's not available anymore.
